You recent e-mail to Jean and Dickey was well timed.  They are getting pretty down about the long struggle to get the house back in order.

I'm glad to hear they're getting ship-shape again even if it's going slowly. I'll have that beer with you and Geoffrey if he goes along as Jean says :D
