I think we have stepped around the fleet bug for the time being. At least I hope we have. Right now the Axis CV Fleet (3) spawns in the extreme south but I haven't been able to change that. Also Allied fleet 25 spawns off the Rook port in never, never land but I can't change that either.

You need to cut the IJN fleet loose,cuz they're stuck up north:D
