Map too big, bases too far apart, too few bases, No fights, if there is a fight it will be over before you get there. Whine WHine whine... This map will drive me to drink for sure... Please Kill it...

I don't like it, and I like pacific maps.  If all the VHs on the middle islands were converted to airfields and if more carriers were added, it would be much better.  

It also has a bug that shows full red/green bars in sectors where there are no planes.

I took almost 2 weeks off with Pizza and Big Isles back to back. I paid for it last night, real rusty...  Not sure what else to do unless I cancel the month those two maps come on, but thats pretty silly too.

I'd really like to see the online totals for each map posted, I'm curious if I'm the only one that feels this way.

Yep I agree, need to convert some of those GV bases to airfields.  Most of the GV bases don't serve much of a purpose.  You really have to adjust the way you fly on this map and be content with long flights and short engagements.   Battles are really onesided for the most part.  Only thing this map is good for is upping bombers and making a run....

Has this map ever been reset by a country?  I've never seen one.

on the bright side, this map allows you to fly out a p51's fuel tanks for just a few seconds of fighting. I guess its good practice in flying a 51 to high alts then finding a huge horde to chase you!

I dislike this map in so many ways I am overwhelmed with disgust.

Long flights to a fight, when you reach the fight, there is no more fight.

GV spawns are 10 miles from some bases... There are entirely too many GV bases for the number of Airfields on this map.  East side of map gets ganged regardless.

Dar is porked so badly on this map its nearly all but non working.

yada yada yada...


Please get rid of this map or fix its imbalace.

Fester has a perfectly good map ready to go... Enough said

Don't forget the GV spawns to enemy fields on islands... except that you spawn to the island next to the one the field is on, so that the only way you can actually get to the field is by spawning an LVT, which leaves you with piss-poor armor, worse air defense, and no anti-armor capability, while the defenders can up PzKpfw IVs and Tigers all day and laugh into their hats as they blow you away from ranges where you can't even annoy them...
