Sounds like a need to put together a 262 Clinic to teach you knuckleheads how to takeoff and land these suckers.  It's really not difficult, takeoff at max weight isn't a chore with the proper technique even at altitudes in excess of 8-10k on pizzamap.  It uses alllll the runway at the 10k bases but it is certainly doable.  As for landing, down and clear before the rearm pad on any runway is standard when the weight is low after a fight.  Anyone interested in learning to fly a 262, email me here and I will take the time to help you salvage your fighter perkies and lose them in combat instead of on landing.
