Well, we're not exactly AH bulletin board administrators. But, I'll tell you this:
To change your signature:
Click on the [USER CP] button (at the top of this web page) and then click on the "Edit Profile" link. The signature text box is near the middle of the page.
To add an avatar:
Click on the [USER CP] button (at the top of this web page) and then click on the "Change Options" link. At the bottom of the "Change Options" page, you'll see the section you'll use in order to upload an avatar.
