Well I have some more bad news. It now says that the account has been suspended on the AH part of PH.

Question, is 10MB the max storage limit? I used to get upgrades whenever I neared my max storage capacity, now it's capped at 10MB.

There should be an option for that when you attempt to login. You can login when you go to File>Upload File. (Website Navigation Menu, not the "File" on your web browser.)

I've been trying to upload new pics for 2 weeks and no matter what type I turn them into, it gives me an error of unsupported file.  Also, I get a not authorized - IP address logged message when I try to delete any of the pics I have.  Is there really a difference between JPEG image and JPEG?

When I try to (re-)register all it does is update back to the registration page - no indication of success or failure.

Also I cannot seem to navigate past the 1st page of the "public collections"  Can't get to any sub-categories, or use the search feature.

Used both IE and Firefox - could be an issue with some setting I have...

Hey all, I have a problem with PH.

First off, all my pics are saved on the comp as JPEGs, GIFs, etc. but are on some strange compatability mode with 'Picture Manager'. I try to upload my pics on the site and it states that all my JPEGs (for example) are image/JPEG rather than just JPEG.

Any way to fix this?

PH has a lot of problems right now. For now use either ImageShack or Photo Bucket.
