Yes it is.  Its a shame that they didn't preserve more of the architecture or try to incorporate the structures into new buildings. History, good or evil, shouldn't be forgotten in our rush to modernization.

Then again, where I live, the city government is trying to tear down as many old buildings as they can so that they can build a new "brighter" set of buildings downtown.

Its still there in its origional state, nothing bombed. we discovered it right at the end of the war. it was looted for the valuables though

I found this site ages ago when I was trying to find pictures of existing sub pens....the ruins site is excellent, especially the then and now pics...

I found the "Nürnberg Part 2 The Nazi Party Rally Grounds" of particualr interest.
