Changes to bump mapping.

Bump mapping will no longer be available on lower end cards. I.E. GF2's

The beta 19 my not contain bumpmaping. But will in later versions. With the test Ive run on cards that support more than 2 texture stages. I.E. ATI and GF4 and above Bump mapping should have no FPS change.

FPS Change. Under my static test with transitions on.
My change was from 52 to 82. Previously with transitions off I could only get 65.

Im currently running an ATI 9600 XT.

On pyros GF2 MX400 32mb he went from 37 to 42 with transitions on.

Great news!

Could you please share your other system specs HT so we have something to compare with?
