Napalm, son. Nothing else in the world smells like that.
I love the smell of napalm in the morning.
The smell, you know that gasoline smell, smelled like victory.

My STRONG reccomendation is that you call 1-800-GET-GAME and TALK to a PERSON, Get the NAME of the PERSON, and The DATE, TIME and REASON for the CALL YOU MADE.

Tell them you want to cancel your iEN account.

See if there is a cancellation number.

THEN Call your credit card company and say, I just spoke to so and so at iEN and Canceled my account.  Don't accept charges from iEN anymore, here is the account cancelation number.  If they place another charge contact me.  I will be checking my bill.

Otherwise, iEN is notorious for not updating account info.  Paperwork man, it's taking over, if you don't have the documentation, you will not win in court.

I called them, I emailed them twice, and they still bill me to this day, 2 months later...like DT mentioned, call CC company, tell them you'll accept any credit they re-assess your CC, but you won't accept anymore billing from them.

When I canceled mine I ask for a confrimation email to be sent the next day. I told them I no longer wanted the account open and not to charge me again. It worked first time.

Indian, I also requested a confirmation letter, and got it...that's what I used for a reply when getting back to them to cancel the account...I had the same problem when I went from the Platinum package to the Silver package, they continued billing me for platmun...they're customer service stinks as far as I'm concerned.

I have to tell you this. Its amazing.

16:15 (GMT+1) I read Habicht post.
16:16 I go to iEN administration page to check if my old WB account (I e-mailed several times trying to close it) is still active.
16:16 First surprise: iEN "locked" the account "due to inactivity". I read "please contact iEN billing". Can you believe it?
16:17 I e-mail iEN again asking to close my inactive account.
16:18 Second surprise: e-mail from iEN: "Your account is closed".

Looks like a real time strategy game

I got sick of the BS there.. so I called American Express and told em that my card was lost; and to cancel any subcriptions against the card and THAT fixed it.

I suspect if Ien was on AH they'd be flyin ROOK.

It helps if you use some swear words in your e-mail.  I made a guess with billing@iencentral.com, it wasn't returned, so I guess it worked!  lol

They've billed me for 2 months where my card was supposed to be expired.  I didn't give them a new number, can they get that info themselves?

I just downgraded my $29.99 account to the $9.99 account. The ONLY reason I stayed at all was to fly with the 332nd Flying Mongrels. (My friends from the squad are some of the best folks I ever met!!!)

I wonder if i'll still be charged the $29.99.

BTW: Why did I leave WB? I still love WB! I just have no respect for iEN. It's kind of like banging your head against the wall... it sure feels good when you stop!
