A new game with some familiar faces

rob53 here, aw3, and hate to admit it, tried FA ONCE,with same name     Still play aw3, its hard to give up ANY game especially when the squadron I belong to there has a great group of guys.  Hek, we even got together this past fall in Toronto...what a town to party in ;0     btw, Pyro, I saw a cpid in aw3 the other day with ur handle...(pyro).

I see this sim as developing a strong community already, which is IMO another reason to justify the cost.....community is one characteristic of a GREAT game.  If no one talks, whines, cries, complains, flames, flames back, then the boredom and monotony would set in.  My kids come running into the room when they hear me bust out LMAO and want to know what happened??    And half the time it's when I'm reading thru these posts.

I have seen quite a few names here I'm familiar with in aw3, so, yes, there are aw people all over this sim, and many more to come I predict.  I brought the topic up the other night in aw3 and got ? after ? about how I like it and what's it's like....the only answer I could give them was.....  hitechcreations.com try it, u'll like it

So, HtC and crew...keep up the great work and I hope to justify (beg) to the wife that the cost is minor compared to what I get in return!!! FUN, COMMUNITY, and it keeps me from begging for sex as often as before ;-)

Still jedi as usual, AW 1.whatever to 3.whatever, CK, WB, DOA, FC, now AH.  Haven't played AW in about a year (but DO have the latest version)   Still soldiering on in WB, and keeping tabs on AH every week or so. (Icons are still too big BTW).

Used to be 511 in that other galaxy, and even flew with 6072 a few times, as I recall.  Before the end of civilization as we knew it (Win95)

I started as Mighty1 in FO and tried to use it when I began WB but was told it was already used so I went with Dewey. I started AH as Dewey then had problems logging in so I went with Wimp and finally back with Mighty1.

Someone brought up how long they'd been playing the game... it got me curious.  Unfortunately, the old messages were dropped off of the database upgrades.  I knew it was a holiday I started posting here... thought it was Holloween for some reason.  I'm a little embarassed at the mixup.

LOL, slight difference between Halloween and Christmas Day!  :D

I was Flos in AW, but had the Handle of Florence.  Flos was the nearest I could get with the 5-character restriction, Floss was already taken and I didn't want Flo.  I have since turned it into Flossy, and play as Flossy in WW2OL and, more recently, as a Beta tester in an online community called There.  :)

Other than the number of "L's", it is all the same for every game I play.

I was on FC as "Von Stalhein" and "Biggles". I remember the Duckwings..

I had the most fun in the earlier version of FC, where field 4 was the center of activity most of the time.
