Dont see anything keeping me from it this time   count me in. I'd prefer to fly allied but will switch to keep the sides even if necessary.

An Idea for say a Wednesday Event:

LA5

or:

Axis:
NIKI
vs.
Allied:
F4U

Someone Pick it!

Dang, sorry I had to bail on this! How did it come out!

PAC seems fine to me... time and place Wednesday? I will fly whatever side needs me... This should be a very good match-up!

I think it seemed to go well, there were at the start only 3 51s on the allied side. With numbers of 109s and 190s. I can speak for the allied side, with 2 failed 17 attempts. On the third attempt with Cobra at the helm and a swam of 51s, we took f5 with the help of 2 47s. Scenerio took approx. 3 1/2 hours with 51s draging reds deep in the canyons. :-)

End of scenerio there were approx. 15 allied over field........axis - unknown.

I give a Big S! to the high flying 109s and one 190. They were tough and im sure we all met up with them one time or another.

Im up for the Hawg  -  George match up :-)

I was in at the start... there were two 109's (Rattler and myself). We met a flight of five Mustangs on the F16 side of the canyon. We both were heavy (loaded gondolas) looking for buffs, but decided to engage anyway. We came out even more-or-less on that first sortie- we got two kills and at least two damaged for the loss of one killed and the other ditched. I was climbing for sortie two without gondolas when company arrived... had to leave!

The PAC fight looks to be a great fight... I think the F4U vs. Nikki will be a very interesting match. I'm gonna hafta fly a bit of both this week and see what I can do.

Looking forward to Wednesday!

One thing I haven't done yet....

Rattler, Thank You for taking the time and effort to organize these informal events!

They are fun and get me to try different planes!

So, Salute!

Lets still shoot for a Wednesday Night Pacific Event.

Wednesday at 8 PM Est( NY,USA )

Fields:

F13(Knights): F4U's  vs  F24(Rooks): NIKI's

And yes,on Sunday Evening we did whip up this
event, and the Dogfights are very intense with these aircraft!

Very closely matched!  Alot of FUN!

Thanks again for everyone Participating, and
remember to ASK via channel 100 for everyone
to PLEASE Honor these 2 fields and the restricted Plane-set.

Some folks don't read this Forum and just happen to POP on and see a Gaggle of aircraft
on radar at our fields and pop up in their favorite ride, impervious to our Plane-set.

*** so lets ask them politely and more importantly with EVERYONE asking them, not just me and one or two others! strength in #'s    ***

Thanks Again!

Oh so thats what was going on at 13.  I poped on and no one would tell me so I hopped up in a 109 and proceeded to whack a niki upside the head.  So lemmie say "I'm sorry" for that
