Trying to get the 109 and the B-17 off the ground is a big challenge. There just isn't enough runway to get airborn on. This is more of a problem with the B-17. I have gotten the 109 up with just the runway alone.
Its the bomber that takes a while to get airborn. It seems to me that if we have a rear field on a platue for a reason. Mid air launching. Get up to speed, roll over the cliff and get airborn.
Or has somebody figured out what I am doing wrong?
