Steve, prozac or xanax ??
« on: April 01, 2004, 09:53:16 PM »
if i didnt know better i would say that steve is suffering from battle related stress syndrome. pretty sad whn ya consider none of this is important at all in the larger picture of life. as many have seen online and obviously here by his post, he seems to feel that i am an unmitigated liar. he has been ranting for 3 days now on ch1. most of you know otherwise. i reviewed my own film of this but of course they both show the same thing. i end up being killed by a spit on the deck (steve was in pony). steve got on ch1 and starts whining about my running (hey i just call it egress, sounds better, lol). in his own "evidence" it shows us xtending due east after i take pot shot at im during egress (was chasin 2 234 form's ovr a9 from north on trinity map). again his own film clearly shows the eastern sky fill up with dots as we xtend east (1st on hdng 090 thn 045). as these were all bish cons from 238, obviously no time to engage. this occurs between 50 sec and 1min 40 sec on film. at approx. 2:20 steve is at 1.0 behind me w/my alt an e adv. however again his own icon display in film viewer shows that there are 4 bish and 3 rooks. the 4th bish alt/e was not displayed so i ommit him from my addition. the aggregate speed/alt of the 3 remaining bish was 996/19.6, aggregate rook 864/12.2. my comment to him was that he ran like a little girl. as anyone viewing the film can see, he has tucked under from a hdng of north to due south. he xtends  and returns as i am trying to clear other rooks on dek. if he doesnt call that running (bish w/alt,  speed, and a lot more coming to help him) based purely on his own film, then i can only assume that he has a perception problem. every player see's every encounter from thier own perspective. dont know what the he see's, doesnt really matter to me. his rather obnoxiuos childish behaviour in the ma does, and that is why i have opted to respond here. he used words like honesty and integrity whn he was calling me a liar. i say let the simple empirical data decide. and if steve wants to contact me on priv online and talk about it, my door is always open to reason. we can have online "handshake" and bury it where it belongs. that is my personal definition of honor and integrity.  >S< death w/dignity always      -IG-

When Steve types, he uses paragraphs.  Multiple paragraphs.  By default, he wins the argument because nobody wants to read a wall o' text.

Steve once called me a stick-stirring dweeb.

... after he shot off my left flap and I went into a high-speed stall trying to turnfight Mustangs.  So really, how much veracity can you give him?

yah what Cobra said... ppl take this game abt too far, let their emotions get the better of them. (myself included many times)

There is one simple fact that no one will ever be able to change... It is just a game. Nothing more nothing less. Although a great game and unique in many ways, its nothing more than a game.

I know both of you guys. IGShill and Steve... Flown abit with both. Knowing the type of person steve is, all he is doing is leading you along and you are biting at the bait... Your both good guys. yeah u too steve... :p

Just let it go... A week long dispute over one sorite...?

lol, "new?"

hardly "new"... it was a natural progression to the la7, to better run down the runners.  i rarely "run" in any plane i'm in, unless i'm bingo or low on something or just trying to rtb with 5+ (but not always).

What did he say about Steve?  Can someone post the Cliff Notes?  Something about whining and trying to shoot down Steve?  I heard he was trying to up from a vulched field the other night and whammied his poor B17s as they spawed.  I know it was my cunning skill...he can say all he wants...nyha nyah nyah :p :rofl

Damn I knew it!  Was wondering how I managed to pull that muscle in my neck last week.

On a similar note, playing AH while balancing the telephone on your shoulder with a muscle pull in your neck is both difficult, and painfull.   :)
