It has turned this game into Quake High, nothing but a massive furball of planes and GV's in one central location, no strategy whatsoever. Even if all you wanted to do was furball on the center island, it creates such a lagfest that it is damn near impossible to do any dogfighting. HTC PULL THIS POS Map from the rotation. If I wanted to do nothing but spawn camp and join massive killings I will reinstall Counterstrike or Quake. This isnt what a WWII simulation should be like.
So ummmm right... Your saying this is the Maps fault and not the people who fly on it... Right? Yep that makes sence.
3MB download speed, no packet loss, solid con to MA arena, its a well know fact that when their are too many planes in one area lag is profoundly worse.
This is in now way any different from any other map where a furball takes place... What you whine about is no different than what takes place on the trinity map in tank town.
Did it ever occur to you that I am drunk, hence the ranting about an unplayable map......... The problem is the vast majority of players are furballin and gv'ing on the cneter island, fights elsewhere are few and far between, I guess if all you wanna do is be a strat potato and pork bases or furball then the map is great. But the lag is so bad that if all you wanted to do is kill some guys quick its damn near impossible. I have never seen a map with so many warps in a confined area
Is what the players do the responsibility of Hitech? What I mean is how they play the game...? You are cracking on Hitech for the reasons of letting this map into the game. First of all, I've played all over the map. I for one haven't found a single bug on it.
Also, going about the way you are, addressing these "Bugs" the way you are is with out a doubt the most childish thing I've seen on this forum in a long time.
Simply address the issues at hand and move on. Not so hard is it?
The simple fact still remains, all of your problems with this map exist in all maps, aside from these "bugs" you make mention of. There will always be players hitting strat, porking bases, milk running, furballing, Spawn camping, ect ect ect... ON EVERY MAP.
Dont try and change that, you cant. No one can. Unless of course you wish to pay for my account.
Your lag issues seem more like computer/video card issues. NOT MAP PROBLEMS.
I can take my laptop, 16mb vid card, 512 RAM 1.3 pentium III, and furball just fine with the best of em until the numbers in the area get so bad my computer cant keep up with it anymore.
On festers new map, I was using my desk top, much more suited for areas where you will have 80-100+ people in one small area and was doing fine. Even at the most populated area I was getting 90+ frames.... So what you need to whine about is your computer problems not the map or the furballers.
Also, hey... I got a spendid idea/question. If you hate furballing so much, tank towns, spawn campers, strat potatos, why put your self in the same area as them? Why not go fly alone, the way you wish to fly? Seems to me you'd be alot better off and much more happier.
You guys are so busy suckin on Fester balls to realize that the map has an indefinite amount of issues/bugs that a 1 week trial test of maybe a max load of 50 players cannot determine how it plays out in a main arena of 500+ players. Fester isn't an HTC god, wow he designed a map or two with one out of those two being playable. It is pretty evident that HTC is placating subscribers with the first new development in over a year. Let's toss the subscribers a bone that was tested for less than a week while we are still nowhere neat the completion of AH2. Maybe that will make them happy

Why not go play pacman? Or Nintendo? That may be more at your level anyways. With such language it is a wonder HTC has allowed you to continute to post on this forum.
You havent once made specific mention of a SINGLE BUG. Can you tell us? Give us ONE SINGLE BUG?
All you are really telling us is that your weak lame computer cant keep up with the game.
I dont care about your connection/download speed. That has nothing to do with your complaints. If you knew one single thing about computers you'd know that. If your computer cant keep up with whats its being given it will SLOW DOWN...
Really I didnt need to type a thing. Just bored as hell. All I could have done was just quote what you said and let the lameness speak for itself. But I saw an easy kill and had to go for it. Sorry guys:)
Its like I said Pfunk or what ever you handle is... LEAVE the freakin game and go find another one if this one bothers you that much...
