sane or not she is still guilty of murder

the entire insane defensive is insane

Right you are, lasersailor184.

Of course acquitals are based on exactly the opposite premise.  

However, makes no sense to me how people of any state of mind can take the lives of other people, be found guilty, and then for whatever reason either get out with little or no punishment or be housed and fed at taxpayer expense for the rest of their lives.

She's both Insane and a Murderer.  It's a lethal combination.  

Without trivializing the children's lives, I'd really like to know which is more dangerous to a child; Mothers or Firearms.  I could do a Web search but it would be just too depressing and maybe I don't want to know.
