Ordinance and fuel barrels do not rest on the wooden pallets in the hanger.
In this picture I have rockets and 500lb bombs selected, both are under the wooden pallet. The fuel barrels have their bottoms cut by the wooden pallet. The guns also appear to be clipped by the wooded pallet.
I don't recall this occuring in Beta 21.
