The 1st is an HS-129, the fourth is a Bf-110.

Yup, Ra is correct.

Left to Right

Ju88 A5 or A6

Bf110 C5 (more pics http://www.luftwaffe-experten.co.uk/ax772.html)

Bf109 - don't know what variant but either E3 or F4 or G2?

Fw190 A4

Hs129 B1

Any takers on what the flight is and where it was taken?

It's a HS129 all right, it's got a much more "triangular" fuselage shape then the Me 410.

RAE evaluation lineup.

This is Me410

Note the remote cannon on the fuselage side. The bulges on the Hs129  were for the forward firing cannons.

ok # 1 might be a HS-129, but # 4 is not a 110
look closely at the rear end of the cockpit.

Close, the RAE was based at Farnborough.

The photo is of:

1426 (Enemy Aircraft Circus) Flight
RAF Collyweston late WW2

The Enemy Aircraft Circus, was infact a 'circus' in that they would visit other airfields to demonstrate enemy aircraft and to illustrate visual identification.  They were also used for propaganda purposes (only those that kept Luftwaffe markings).

BUG, is that me you have quoted? About the P38? "It's a flying tank".

The 109 is an F or an early G.
The nose is wrong for an E (or a K for that matter) and there doesn't appear to be any struts on the horizontal stabs.
It lacks the "beule" associated with the 13mm MG131 installation so it can't be a late G model.
