If I asked an eployee of mine, "Do you think this paper is red or blue.", and he answered "Well, I would like to talk about chimpmunks for awhile.", the proceeded to totally evade the quiestion. I would fire his ass.
Cripes, it's "What is 'is'?" all over again. But this makes him a great leader? Unbelievable.
