If you car bomb someone on grounds of retaliatory strike for national security, then that's not a terrorism anymore?

Makes you kinda wonder if the "status" each side is in makes any difference to real world definition on 'terrorism', when both sides are now using simular methods.
One could always argue that Israelis would only target terrorist leaders.. but well, hearing how they regularly shoot at civilians, frankly I think the Palestine people are mostly enraged and 'terrified' of Israel at the same time.
One thing for sure, boy am I glad that I don't have to be neighbors with Israel.
ps) The really weird thing is, they're taking votes on human rights issues concerning North Korea when clearly the hottest spot concerning human rights is across the globe on the opposite side.
Howcome the inspection-loving(they visit other places more often than mailmen it seems) UN and US never root out for sending human rights inspectors to Israel and Palestine?
