Return to Aces High.
« on: April 20, 2004, 12:02:05 AM »
Hi all, I started playing Ace in 2000 I beleive. It might of been a little before than but I quit playing it late 2002. Well surely but slowly I'm relearning how to play but I'm disappointed to see how many vets have quit playing. A lot of my old playing buddies don't play no more. What happen to all the vets? I read the forums and see so many people talking about quit playing. Team play has changed some its more now your on your own. I remember when it was TEAMS. Not do you own thing and hope you win. Not complaining though. I started playing again about two days ago. I feel like a total noob sometimes. I'm glad to hear about AH2. Have get a new graphics card anyway and this is just another reason for me to.:D I can't belevie I quit playing I forgot how much fun it was. After I get my bills payed off I am going to subscribe to online until then Im stuck with H2H. Well just wanted to drop by and say hi.

You know that your landing gear is up and locked when it takes full power to taxi to the terminal

Lots of them have burned out on the current gameplay model.

Most will be back for AH2 & will be waiting to give TOD a try.

This happens to all online flight sims.

You'll find most of them playing iL2 or other games.

What was your user name back in 2000?  What country/squad did you fly for?

In other online flight sims you  can get your graphics fix instantly.
My ammo last for 6 Lancasters, or one Yak3.

Ill rather wait 2 weeks more for AHII ;)

Sure you can get the graphics fix at other places but at the same time you loose all the targets to shoot at :)

AH1 has plenty of eye-candy for me so AH2 was never a must for me.....You simply can't beat the gameplay of AH.

(the brown stuff on my nose is dirt from planting roses......i swear :D )
