Nobody mentions the lag?

Lag was so bad last night over 200 people logged.  When I left at 12:30 MDT there were less than 70 online.  Last Saturday night it was the same thing.

Everyone's net status looked just fine.

What suprises me is that I don't see a mention on this board.  I did check the Gameplay forum and the past few days.  Nothing.

So?  Any explanation?

Is this severe lag not an issue during the day?  Only at night?  Even the HTC BBS was offline.

I tried logging on last night and everything was down - not sure how long it stayed down. Couldn't even get to webpage.

dont know what reset your'e talking about, map or server....but seemed like it was at least an hour - maybe more......not sure...got smart and went to bed:)

There was an outage in a major Internet hub in Dallas last night that caused many to have login troubles and prevented those same from reaching the WEB site.

I think the outage that Skuzzy describes was caused by too many people having too much fun on the pizza map. :)

Ah yes, well HTC has the AH game and the BBS on the same server. That way, if it the game goes down because of server outage, the BBS goes down with it and no-one can whine about the game being down. An HTC masterstroke! I think it has Hitech's name written all over it! :lol
