That is odd.  I have never used IE6 so I am not sure what could cause that.  Do you have some filter setup in OE?

No, no filter, or anti-virus running. Two different people sent me .JPG's and OE removed the attachments. It's definately on my end.

I have no viruses on the computer. Or any Adware.
Computer also don't read his CD's he burned with the art. But my computer reads all other CD's. I tried his CD on another computer and it didn't read it either. So he emailed me the art 3megs, I'm on DSL with no email size restriction. So I asume the CD is on him, but the e-mail is on me since OE is removing all attachments from everyone. Unless you want to E-mail me a small Jpg that YOU know is Virus free:) But I bet it will remove the attachment. The t-shirts are due for a race tomorrow, I'm doing them for another screenprinter that can't get them done in this short of time.
EDIT: took another look, seams I did receive the same "removed unsafe attachment " on 2 of his other emails, but the Attachments where there, This was a week ago. so there seams to be hit or miss here, i need it to hit all the time:)

Nutzz,
Try opening OE the  Tools/options/Security and under Virus Protection make sure you uncheck "Do not allow attatchments..."  It is checked by default.

yeah Microsoft panicked with last but one spate of infected-attachment-emails going out and default-disabled most attachments.

When that creates problems for me, I just go into Hotmail from my browser and read things that way

open outlook express, then go to tools. Click on the security tab. There you will find the option "do not allow attachments to be opened or saved that could potentially be a virus". Make sure this is not checked, then apply. Should take care of it.

Actually Outlook can be made to accept even .exe attachments with a simple registry hack.

I did to mine.

Oh, and get a virus shield and a firewall - several viruses spread directly through the network nowadays. You might be already infected with 10 or more coodies.
