Well Batz, I don't know how the hell everyone else reads it, but to me the subject read" Radshack" and the message looked like an apology or a call of truce, it did not look like humble was even trying to keep a locked thread going, he changed the subject and was speaking to Radshack directly.

Bottom line is simple...the best defense against the above mentioned topic is vigilance and the folks at AH do everything they can on this particular issue (least the airborne part)...if you see something you think is wrong...and you have it on film...send it to skuzzy...it has no place here.

As for your "professional opinion"... your about as wrong as you could be on all points...if you put your comment out on anyone of 100 bbs boards you'd have a deluge of folks showing just how wrong you are....leave em on DOD and such where they belong...

I didn't reguritate a thing (show me hwere if I'm wrong), and I certainly wasn't rehashing old news. My GV post simply asked a few questions that I felt needed to be asked...I said my piece and left it. I certainly wasnt trying to "jumpstart" a thread that I knew would be (and should be) locked.

HT & Pryo's "call" on my GV comments shows nothing more than the "thin skin" thats evolved. Anyone who's been around the GV's knows there are issues and I'm not the first to post about it...

I went out of my way to avoid crossing "that imaginary line" they've drawn and actually asked for guidance on how to report the "bugs"...

So yeah your 2 cents were wasted, maybe re-read what has been written before investing again

Batz is ignoring it, to stir the pot, or what ever you want to call it.  He must have a hate toward humble to try and smear him like this.

I explained/said in my post that humble started a new subject it said "Radshack" and it offered an apology or truce and it was directed toward Radshack only. Then humble reposted his apology along with other comments or opinions of his here in this thread, still the apology is clear.

I read all the posts,  and I don't try to take things out of context or  change what people mean when they type.

Compared to the FM and other code the GV code is substandard...

I called the code garbage...not the overall product or the people behind it. I stand 100% behind that comment and you and others can choose to disagree.

Over the lst 6 months in other posts numerous folks have commented on the increasing lack of "customer sensitivity"...I found hitechs comment when he locked the thread to be rude, inconsiderate and unneccessary...

I did not try and restart the original thread, I felt the original poster deserved a posted response...the thread would of died right there.

I posted nothing here in my original post, I did try and answer a subsequent post and put what I felt relavent here...

My account is paid thru the end of march...I may or may not burn some of the perkies off but I dont see the need to continue.

As a general rule my posts are reasonably thought out and reasonably civil. they represent my opinion nad aren't automatically right (or wrong). Hopefully I've conducted myself in a reasonable and respectful manner. I'll certainly defend and/or modify my position as events dicdate...

I completely disagree that calling a specific piece of a product garbage is an attack or is automatically insulting. It's simply criticism of one component. I've tried to make it constructive not combative in nature. I simply don't think it measures up to the standard you've set for yourself. ....

But in terms of Customer Service its never been better. A simply check on AH2 development shows that. Not only are they responding to requests but they are participating in a good many discussions.

Most recently they have adjusted the way fuel is loaded between the various tanks. They fixed issues with the 109 art etc...

You may feel that the way they respond to you is rude but as I said, you are not a victim.

I certainly hope AH2 turns out to be the product everyone is hoping for but it's hardly "customer service"...it is an attempt to position the product for a percieved shift in market dynamics.

Hmmm, and this is more important than adding the Ki-84 (in AH2 Beta or here) or another plane or GV. Major releases are a complicated issue and represent significant investment of time and resources so I understand the lack of continued support for AH1...however a minor bone would certainly help now and then.

Again though your twisting the issue with half truths and distortions. This is simply about the interaction between a company and its customer(s)...in closing I'll give you a true story.

since I've lived here I've bought 5 cars (excluding my XK-8) all were sold to me by 1 dealership here...recently my wife wanted a new truck I went back and they had 1 that was perfect..and offered it at invoice...only problem is everyone else was offering the same truck (with different features for $1000 under invoice) when I asked the sales manager why he was stuck at invoice he said because I have the truck you want...I bought a more upgraded truck from another dealer for $7,500 more (but $1500 under invoice) and never regretted it once...

HT has said after the AH2 is released they will be in a position to release new planes quicker. If thats not good enough for you then why waste your time?
