My point is this, If these 2 were not in the news would this have happen? Did they ask Pat Tillmans brother to come home?
You have no idea if he was or wasn't offered the option.  That's not a "point"... it's a backtrack.

I do like arguing over the subtleties of "Saving Private Ryan" though.  It actually adds something funny to an otherwise worthless rant.

Dago, I need to attend the school you went to so I can come up with outstanding insults like that......
I'm sure you can do better than that.

MiniD I was actually asking if he was offered that same choice not trying to make a point at all.

Im not complaining about the sisters, Im questioning the policy. The Army just isnt the same as it use to be. I dont blame them for not wanting to go back.

Since no one is mature enough to discuss this drop it.

hey nash... we all know the catchphrases... "when you point a finger at someone you are also pointing four fingers at yourself"

they are quite inspiring and may even have a ring of truth to them but.... most people find them sappy.

10 years of AA meetings.. I think I've heard it all sometimes.

whew... thank's for the heads-up Lazs. I wouldn't want to come across as sappy or anything. I didn't learn that at an AA meeting, and I also don't go to any meetings. Why you on my case alluhsudden?

Ok nash... here is the deal... I have  nothing against you as a person.  I don't know you... nothing against your country... I don't care about your country.   You are not special to me at all... If you look... I tend to be hard on liberals... there may be other liberals out there that think I am singling them out too..

This is an illussion... I disslike all your views allmost equally or at least as the whim strikes me.. right now... I find that people who live in other countries that jump into every U.S. election or gun thread are particularly distasteful and im my own small way I like to point this out.

I also went through recovery and It worked for me... I seen about 90% of the people fail... higher for junkies.   The ones who made it went to meetings and worked it.   If you had a sponsor and he read this BB he would tell you not to participate... at least not yet... not till you had become as good natured and sensitive as me at least...  If you would like to discuss the last part of this post in private you are welcome to email me.

Not complaining about the sisters?  What part of "wondering if Pat Tillman's brother got the same choice" merrits not "complaining"?

And the army has been like that for some time.  What the army hasn't been at for some time is war.

If you want a discussion on this, try not being such a complete side shifting no point participant.
