Good, they will borrow money from the remaining states and put themselves in major debt, then we can make millions off the interest. Go Texas!

How about Colorado and Texas join together, we could just annex a small portion of Oklahoma and hell all of New Mexico and be connected.  THe benefits to having Colorado wouuld be infinite.

- Great fly fishing
- Great Skiing
- Control NORAD
- Awesome big game hunting
- Many very nice Military bases
- Bodhi lives in Colorado
- Great beers from New Belgium Brewery (Fat Tire)

New Mexico provides us with other great military bases and Area 51, we can finally find out if the alien crap is true or not!

;)

At least we can count and vote correctly DYo  (correctly, in the context of we can pick the person we mean to pick from the list...it does not mean the person we are voting for is correct, by any stretch of the imagination). :D

My impression of Texans comes from John Wayne films, J.R. Ewing, and "Cheaters".  :p

Their battle cry wouldn't be "Remember The Alamo!".  It would be "What the $%&*^ is going on here?!  Get that $%&*#@ camera out of my face, you #$#@*& !"

The voting debacle in 2000 was direct result of a cabal and not democracy.  It reminded me of south american election/3rd world etc..  Very similair to what were going to experience this election if Diebold has its way.. (ridicule me all you want with tin hat comments human nature is human nature, when power is on the line humans show their true colors; and sometimes things get ugly like what happend with hanging chad)

Hanging chad etc.. was smokescreen for the power play that happened at the supreme court.  By the time the dumbocrats realised they were being hoodwinked (stall tactics by Harris) it was too late to challenge. (smart play on the Bushco.  credit where credit was due no denial on their sound tactics)

Hanging chad was a display of total and beligerent incompetence that it had to be engineered, theres some dumb mofo's out there but 90% of the chad checkers were either clueless, not educated or both..

doesn't matter if you Republican, Democrat, green, liberal whatever..  Democracy took a big blow that day..  My biggest problem was how servicemans votes were lost etc...these people risk there life and then screw them out of their vote while they are on the other side of the world wtf...  Felon list manipulation and other foolishness (polls refusing votes) that was going on was another strike..   Nixon style politics doesn't work in todays day and age of the internet and information.

Its just to easy to fact check stuff now at least people in the know... if your reading this your at least semi in the know.

The people of Florida can vote just fine, its the keymasters who should be ridculed and belittled.  They were catalyst for the hanging chad fiasco.

I do give you a A+ for effort though Skuzzy.

Trust me you dont want hanging chad in your state.  Its a mockery of Democracy...

You need to brush up on Texas History:
David Burnet (Ad Interim Government) (March 1836-October 1836)
Sam Houston (1st Administration)(October 1836-December 1838)
Mirabeau Lamar (December 1838-December 1841)
Sam Houston (2nd Administration)(December 1841-December 1844)
Anson Jones (December 1844-February 1846)
My mind is a raging torrent, flooded with rivulets of thought cascading into a waterfall of creative alternatives.
Stay thirsty my friends.
