Interesting thoughts/questions........
Where in the Constitution, Bill of Rights, ETC.... is there a statement relieving you or me or any person, of the responsibility for the use of those rights?
Ya the politico's do all they can to get out of the responsiblity for what they do. Even go so far as to make it law. But you and me and those like us are not.
Could/would a good attorney make expressing yourself in a violent manner, say punching someone for burning the U.S. flag viable? After all you are expressing yourself. It could be considered a form of free speech?
Historically there is a precidence.... in the U.S. House and Senate duals were fought. NO i'm not advocating dualing. But the argument was based on the issue that everyone had a breaking point, that there were some things no one should have to bare. It was of course based on the reasonable person doctrine which is very flexable and interpretations vary.
Oh Well just some thoughts.
