People have to be free to express themselves.  Just because the guy had access to a medium that brought his opinion to millions doesnt require him to be right.  In fact, he is allowed to be outright indignant, cruel and just plain wrong.

Cherrish the freedom people, and cherrish the freedom to disagree with passion.  Most of all, cherrish the freedom to be correct in your own heart regardless of what anyone else says.  

Protect this young man regardless of his opinion and you are protecting yourself as well.

Personally? The bastage deserves whatever he gets.  Anyone who insults someone who VOLUNTEERED and died for their country deserves at least forced expatriation. I don't give a damn about First Amendment rights in this case; the military is America's immune system and without it we die. Maybe when he is living, say, in the suburbs of Tehran he'll realize this.

I would say that anyone who says something so stupid and oppressive deserves at least forced expatriation, but then I'd be just as ignorant as you are.
