There is a P-38 being worked on at March AFB in Riverside County CA. The special hanger its in was all closed up when I was there, but I was under the impression that its almost if not "done".

Umm.. no. The seem to give you like 5% control back when you are compressed, but they really should keep the plane under control (aka no nose down tendency) during the dive if flaps deployed before compression, if deployed after compression it should pull the nose up at a steady 3g's or so.

I have a very patched up hotas. Im using a cheap Thrustmaster Top Gun, CH PRO Pedals USB and the Suncom Dual throttle. The throttle and jstick are serial.

BohdiArm is building a P-38 here in Kissimmee, I dont know if the one they are restoring will be airworthy.. I hope it is.. I will steal it
