My point being, that you want to make this an US vs. THEM argument.  A republican vs. democrat thing.  Nothing is that simple.  It's divisive.

Politics has become a dog and pony show.  It's perfect for today's entertainment slanted news programming.  Two colossal teams duking it out in primetime does wonders for ratings.  It does **** all for our country.

edit:
...and I don't mean just you.  It's prevelant throughout this forum.

I notice that it has been virually unchanged since Kerry won New Hampshire. Pretty much 44% Bush, and Kerry tied or slightly behind, albeit a statistically insignificant amount.

But he is ahead of Kerry...  and has more money in tha bank than Kerry, and he has a majority on the Supreme Court.

Kerry is toast.

He's one of the best SECDEF we've had in a long time.

Why don't you educate me on how many times a week the SECDEF is supposed to meet with the CiC? Give me some examples of previous SECDEF, etc.?

So the telephone, or conferencing is not acceptable? SECDEF is failing in his duties if he doesn't meet with the CiC in person at least once a day?

I don't think you have a very good understanding of the daily duties, responsibilities, and schedules of these 2 individuals.

Actually there has been a big change, Nader joined the race.  Kerry lost some support to him buy Kerry's numbers came back up.

Saying Kerry is toast is very premature.  Especially considering that alot of the people that say they are going to vote for Nader won't be able to because he won't be on their ballots.
