Hehe, i dont think worms see national borders as a huge barrier for their travel plans. I can say that ISPs are prolly no better here than in the US when it comes to stopping them

You seem to be suggesting that I cannot handle a computer because I got hit with the virus, or at a minimum I should not be allowed to use a computer?
