P-38 needs a new skin

I don't know what your plans are for AH and TOD (where a J model might make perfect sense for the timeframe) but the J triggers my hangar queen alert. :o
It's nearly identical to the L minus a few horses here and there, dive flaps and a bit of gas.

F and G/H would be completely new and different toys and as far as I can see are better suited for scenario use.

F and H please :)

But then, every new plane is Good News.
Being a regular P-38 driver I'd rather sit out a few versions in favor of a new Japanese plane though :D

The P-38G was the 3rd most numerous produced lightning behind the J, and L models.

The H was really a stop gap model while waiting on the J's improvements.

I don't know how the F could have been the best turner though.   The F-15 model was really the first model with combat flaps.   With only about 150 being produced before the G.     Maybe the F's performace was being calculated on the F-15?

I'd love to see an earlier P-38 though.

Definitely a good looking aircraft!
