I thought the new "Freedom" tower they are gonna build to replace the twin towers was gonna be the biggest in the world?

no no no, i saw something on the news other day that said, They (Americans) were approved to build a massive tower where the twin towers once were, and they said including the antenna it would be the biggest building in the world when its done.
