minor B30 bugs, gfx+ flightmodel

1.) when rotating outside view around a formation of lancasters, i would get a hesitating effect when zoomed in, but not when zoomed out all the way. i.e. the view would not rotate smoothly, but stop for a splitsecond every half second or so.

2.) trees look very bad as the vertical part does not stretch all the way to the top horizontal layer. it looks like a patch is floating above the tree from a GVs view

3.) GVs get stuck in the water when submerged to the threads, its not possible to traverse even very small patches of water - maybe a feature

4.) Snaprolls in 109s (not tested in other planes) give very high rollrates. just yank on the stick, coupled with a little input to the side you want to roll to, and the plane almost instantaneously snaps over. Realistic? I dont know. why worry about good rollrates, if you can just snaproll like this...

looking forward to AH2-release,

Litjan
