lol...i wont kill anyone.

i have been known to go up to complete strangers when im drunk and taking the sigs out of thir mouth and throw it away. I have gottin in trouble for that a couple of times.... For the most part folks are too stunned to do anything, but on a few occations there has been some intence "discussions" :D

Hard luck Nielsen.

If it's any consolation, I'm trying to quit too and failing miserably.

You did not fail.

Take this as a temporary mistake, keep your long term goal in focus.

You will only fail if you go back to smoking cigarettes right now. So dont smoke another cigarrete.

You cant control the past, yiou made a mistake  in smoking a cigarrete. Just accept that and move on.

But remember that you can control whether you smoke another cugareete in five minutes, today or tommorow or the next week.

So decide not to.  Take control of it because you can.

You can succeed.

Nilsen,

Gonna be in Norway later this summer it looks like, will bring along my recipe for quitting smoking if you like.  Barring that, will buy you a drink if you are up for it.
I regret doing business with TD Computer Systems.

nobody likes a quitter.

just kidding,  like grun said (damn, there I go agreeing with him again), it's not a failure unless you give up start smoking regularly again.  otherwise it's just a relapse.

Why are you gonna be entering our border? :D seriously..why?

i still consider myself a "quitter", because one of those "funny" smokes + beer is gonna make me forget that i smoked alltogether.

ill buy YOU a drink...you cant afford to buy me one over here anyway, so ill do it as a welcoming gesture :aok

You should be easy to spot at border control if you look anything like your avatar

I've been quit now for 7 days (again)  today I went to a party people were smoking & drinking.  Every time that I felt the urge I ran into the house until it passed.  I did not smoke, but boy did I catch a wine buzz.  I'll be sorry tomorrow.  But at least I didn't smoke.  quitting tobacco is very difficult indeed.  good luck with your next attempt Nilsen.
