Make the puffy ack go away please..  I hate  being just barly able to see a CV and then get popped by some damn AI ack that is unstoppable...  

HiTech, I could be wrong but I was under the understanding that you frowned upon AI dictating how folks fly in your game. I mean you can kill all hte figters, or perhaps have the skill to control the fight when multiple enemies are after you but there are times when you can do NOTHING when the fluff starts flying.  You have to burn your E advantage for 3k or fly thru the ack.. Over the past week or so I have died or lost engines multiple times to fluff ack sometimes dying and NO ONE getting the kill. The computer kills me.. Its just silly..  Please remove this sort of statistical death from your game..

Ps.. Notice no whines about 5inch. At least there is a person in there firing.. Not AI...............

I understand in AH2 you can destroy the individual guns on the CV so all you need do is wait for the suiciders to take them and themselves out.

Reenable tracers on manned 5in. And on manned 37mm. Though last night was cool I got 2 hits on a crossing spitdweeb at 3.5-4k

So if they go ahead and make all AA guns manned only then are they going to implement a better threat warning system?  Or are they going to let those who wish to sink the cv do it with no effort at all?

I don't necessarily like the AA off the cvs or the fields but last time I checked they had AA in WWII.  Heck why don't we just get rid of the AI supply and make everyone do their own supplying.  Get rid of AI bombers and make 3 people up 3 bombers if thats what they want.  Make it so there has to be folks in every gun inside bombers instead of warping from one gun to the next.  Oh wait that'd be realistic sorry.

Let my crew man all the guns of the fleet, keep in mind there were an average of 12-16 twin and quad mount 40mm guns on those ships, numerous 20mm platforms and yes 5" guns!

that would be lovely   ... I dont mind dying to players.. Its the dying to the computer that I pay $15/month for that bugs me..  Wow imagine that.. paying a computer to shoot you down.. Does it give you a chance to make it miss? No. Its like winning the lotery..  Field ack I would think is necessary.

Make the PUFFY ACK go away plz!!

The AI cv ack is counter to the suicide lanc/b26/KI/B17 gamey tactics used by players. Removing the AI ack would throw off the balance possibly...

What icon says is right.  However, I wish that all guns were mannable - with AI filling in when someone can't man the gun themselves.

I occassionally get hit by the cv guns, they have to hit sometimes or what sort of defense are they?

Agreed.. This argument is against the puffy ack only though.. That ack that shoots at you above 3k and 20miles away.. Its terrible! Its not modeled correctly. Its a pain in rear.. It is nothing but a statistical death  producer..  Too die to puffy ack and no person get a kill is just  silly.. Happens to me too much. Happened to my squady last night. He died in a 262 to it at a large base.. We were relatively far from the base when it happened.. Just plain silly..

Well, I hate it when it happens but it is not that often.  If the 5in is not maned, puffy ack gets me only if I fly through it for 25 mins or so.  It is not that acurate, in my opinion.

It could be 25mins one day, but the very next time your in it could hit you in the first shots..  Then no player gets the kill. I pay my $15/month to play against human players..  Not to be killed by AI on lets say an average of 1 hit in 200 puffs...  Keep the puff ack if we must but be done w/ the AI automatic statistical killer hit you in the worst time non-player controlled puff ack..........
