been a while since i've looked at dual Pentium platform....any suggestions as far as MB model?

I will have at least 1gig ram, SCSI HDs (w/ ultra 320 controller) with raid 1, basic 3d card (nothing fancy needed here). Will be running Win2K, or XP Pro.

I do not think you are going to find a dual P4 motherboard. Dual Xeon motherboard, yes.

Take a look at SuperMicro motherboards.
