if this helps the image was "to large" everyone tells me that.:) ....back to subject, to fix the problem i went into the program called paint then clicked stretch/skew and typed 64x64 as dimensions and now that i post it the image seems a bit small and it doesnt move like it is suppose to.:confused:

Resizing a animated gif doesn't work. Your resizing just one frame. As far as resizing an original adobe image ready "may" do it, but I've never tried it.

 I used image ready on this one works good.

sorry to say but this isnt the avatar i was going to keep just the only thing i could make small enough i was tryin to see if an avatar showed up and if it moves but from the responses i got i will pull it early until i get the one i want to the right size.....only problem is when i make it smaller the picture is all messed up and deformed looking:confused:

the funny thing about paint shop is that the more you resize, the worse the quality. try and use 'ctrl A' to selct all then resize with the corner slider icon thingy. also  try and do it in one move as this will give you the best results.
my avatar is from a full size screen shot from AH and it came out alright i think (my spit killing a 190-heheh) but it took me a while to work out that the more you rezise the worse the quality
