Well, as we wait for Tediter 3.0, how bout we share some ideas for new maps?

I posted my new version of pangia, but it seems i did not finish the post.( was at work). Anyhow here's what I've got



As soon as Teditor is released, we should have a better idea of what the tile set changes will offer. ( or HT could tell us) lol

And your reply means what?

Flying in AH2 doesn't tell us what size the textures/tiles are, will they be 256 color or true color or what, will they tile differently than they do now, how many different tiles/textures are there to work with or a myriad of other things that could change with the new version.

there are lots of things that could be.. but im only concerned with the actual imaging of terrains. It doesnt matter what objects will be avail, as long as it it still based on grayscale hieghtmaps.

It would be nice to know how many tiles will be used tho.. so we can at least get the roughs cut.

Nhawk—DOODY was my CO for about 5 years and then he went AWOL.  I was just enquiring if he was back and flying…
