La-7 no combat trim
« on: May 24, 2004, 06:31:46 PM »
The combat trim for the La-7 is not working. There's also no indicator for it, nor do the various trim ticks move to maintain trim.

the other auto trims work, i.e., level, angle...

I'm always right, it just takes some poepl longer to come to that realization than others.

I thought torque had been modelled in some way as a feature.......... not a bug

Both La 5fn and La7 have "torque" roll dropping the port wing which has to be trimmed out or compensated for when in combat trim..............

isn't this *why* CT exists?

otoh, 109's in ah1 had this same "feature" but in ah2 this feature has been greatly dampened almost to the point of hands off flying.

no big, CT has always been applied weirdly across the plane spectrum.

190A8 had the same problem, I'm assuming it is fixed with the latest patch.

Hitech said they just hadn't run the combat trim setter thingie for all the planes yet.
