AHII Help manual?

I have had a tough time trying to figure out what buildings are what.  Is there an airfield - VH diagram map like we had in AH?  One that tells what buildings are what and has a general overview of the field?

Also, is HTC going to correct the "You have Crashed", or "You have ditched", when you are 6" off the darn runway at your own field?  You should have a successful landing anywhere on your airfield or GV base if it is still belongs to your side.  Correct me if I am wrong, but the airfield/GV Base is a single tile isn't it?  You should be able to land your kills if you are on that tile.

Jay1988, thank you so much for your helpful and thoughtful suggestion.  I can see that a lot of time and effort went into it.  Your effort in helping fellow gamers does your squad proud.

However, if you go back and actually read and take time to understand my request, I am asking for help with Aces High "II", thus the title "AHII Help Manual".

If you get a chance during your busy schedule, please click on the link you posted and find the link to the AHII help manual and post it for those of us that are unable to find it.

Your helpful assistance is greatly appreciated.

Check New, Information, and Announcements, Pyro listed a link to an updated AH2 Help file on 03-25-2004 08:53 PM.
The file is 3.43mb in size, so it might take a while to download depending on whether or not you are on dialup or DSL/cable, etc.

Eddiek, thanks for the link to the help manual.  Unfortunately, it doesn't address the new structures or base layouts :( .

Guess I will have to wait, or make one myself.  As for the "Ditching in front of my own hanger" problem, HTC team still hasn't had a chance to see this post or just haven't replied.  Will keep hoping though.

Madsquirrel, field maps are available by right clicking the arena map.

Maybe I need an update or something, cause when I right click, and select clipboard Maps, I show the old AH field maps, not the new ones.  Are you showing the new fields?
