RAM, you claimed a number of times that I HO'd you. You also claimed that you were honorable and didn't fire and tried to avoid the so-called HO.

Hmmm. Let's take a look at the pics and put this to bed.

Were you firing? Looks like it to me but I'm not sure - maybe those flashes were just sunspots???

Also, maybe I'm wrong here, but it sure looks like you are above me in that shot. Must be my bad eyes.

So I was trying to HO you? Let's have a look from another angle, shall we? (Oh yeah - this is where I was killing you  )

Now, maybe I'm just a dweeb, but it sure looks like you are pointed at me too! How about that!

But here is the kicker - a side view...

Here you seem to be arcing back down - maybe going for the HO yourself? No parts are off yet. This comes a little after the bullets landed on, but I think you can see (OK, maybe you, RAM, can't) that I am below you. I had pulled up to fire and take the shot, but I am clearly below you. I passed below you. My flight path doesn't even intersect yours until you dove behind me.

So, to recount: You were firing when you said you weren't. I was below you - two screen grabs to prove it. Maybe you did try to avoid what you considered an HO, but it clearly wasn't. Your bad. Yepper, the planes were close to being nose to nose, but I took the shot and dropped mine. There was no collision - I passed clear under you.

So cry a little more. This was how it happened from my point of view. I'm sick and tired of your attacks and inability to get over this. If you want to see the film for yourself, HERE it is. I know you won't look at it though - anything that doesn't fit with your twisted view of reality is easily ignored.

I've done all I can do though. I post screenshots and the film. Did I HO you? I don't think so. Were our planes pointed nose-to-nose? Pretty much so. Were you shooting? Yes. Were you trying to avoid what you considered a HO? Maybe.

It was a simple kill, RAM. Get over it. Quit with the challenges to fight and all that other junk. I'm tired of it and so is everyone else.

Looks like a HO to me, where one goes high to avoid collision.

I remember the fight, and still have the film.

You and I were engaged when that damned Zigrat showed up and spoiled the fun - I had just landed some hits on you and you were running with me diving d1.2 and us at about equal speed. Then Ziggie forced me to reverse, you revved, both gained on me and I tried to outscissor you both, but failed and died. After this RAM comes in, guns blazing and gets shot down in a HO.

No biggie; I got shot down in a HO with an LA-5 yesterday. Could have avoided it, but was in a 1v2 fight.

This is ancient history. Maybe we should let it stay that way?

Oh, btw; this was in 1.03 right? Had it been 1.04, I'd just turn and turn and turn in that Zeke

Ahhh, Citabria - the one many in the arena substitute "Sh" for the "C" due to your constant whining and complaining. You could be a good pilot if it weren't for your obsessive use of the radio to berate and complain about how your enemies don't hold still for you to kill them and if you die it was always a warpy plane or they were flying a (substitute current "dweeb" plane here). From you, this comment is nothing but comical.

Wow. Amazing how people can be so blind even when you put the evidence right in front of them. Selective interpretation, maybe?

If anyone cares to actually look at the screenshots instead of hop on the harass bandwagon, you would see that at no time does my flight path intersect RAM's.  If you extend the line on my arc as I came around, you would see that I wasn't going that way. That is why I put the trails on the viewer - to show the flight paths. (note to minus - there is a button on the film viewer marked "TRAIL" - try it. Sheesh. All I need is people claiming I cheat now.)

The shot was where I pulled to get the nose up to get guns on. That's it. If anyone wants to call that a head-on, well then, I'm guilty as hell because that is what I did.

RAM got killed. So what? He then began his attacks in earnest on the BBS. I didn't gloat. I didn't insult. However, when i saw the way this little sick runt was behaving, sure, I came right back - and posted the film. He claims I abandoned the guys on my team - the proof that I didn't and in fact returned to battle twice after telling the other guys I was RTB is on the film. Does this matter to anyone? Apparently not. Do the screenshots matter to anyone? Apparently not.

I thought somehow (call me naieve) that posting proof that it was not a HO would maybe prove my point that RAM is nothing but a hoat air dweeb. Guess not.

And if anyone wants to call that an HO, fine. I'm actually quite proud of getting guns on and killing the bastard. But it wasn't an HO in my book. That is only semantics anyway. If you can kill the other guy, more power to you. Just don't squeak to high heaven when you get shot down.
