Hey Lazs, there's a draft being written to repeal some of the provisions of California's gun laws, including magazine capacity, and adopt the Second Amendment as part of our State Constitution.
It's still in its infancy and so far is only an outline, but we'd like to introduce it as a ballot initiative since it'd have no chance of clearing Congress and becoming law.
