Next to where your monitor plugs in, there should be an S-Video plug in. Its circular, and has room for some pins.
What my dad and I have done, is hook up the video card to a VCR, using a converter to plug into the VCR end from an S-Video plug to an A/V plug. We get sound by plugging in a splitter to our sound card, which has plugins for the speakers and for the A/V plug to go to the VCR. Then, to get the video into the computer, we hook up our Digital Camcorder to the VCR, and we record the video to the camcorder. We then plug our Camera to our computer using a firewire hookup, and Use Windows Movie Maker program to take the Camcorder video and convert it to AVI. Then we use Adobe Premiere to edit it.
Lengthy process, but it works for us.
