The markings on the new spit V indicate it was the plane of Sqn Ldr Michael Robinson, OC No 609 Sqn, Biggin Hill, around July 1941.
This information is from the Osprey Aircraft of the Aces series, vol 16 "Spitfire Mark V Aces 1941-1945"
It also indicates that it is a Mk VB, although I guess the one in the game is a Mk VC.
The book goes on to state he destroyed 5 Bf 109F's and damaged 4 more with "The London Butcher" during July 3-12
