Choppy video

Hello I just downloaded Ah2 and am wondering  if my system will run Ah2 better than what it does. I have a Dell P4 2.0ghz 512 ram with a Geforce 4 MX 420. My video is choppy and frame rates drop to 12-13 in some areas of play.  sitting on field with a P51-D Frame rate is 27. I've got video performance setting set to 50%. I love Aces high and want to play AH2 when it starts but can't at this performance. If I have to Buy more ram what can I get away with add 1gig? to make it 1.5 buy a better Video card with more memory?what is the best for the buck? Disgrutled pilot.

Look at my specs in the sig block....running about the same as you cept for the card....

The vid choppiness is due to textures/skins loading I think....

Fly for  a bit let them load and see how it goes....

Aside from that put your sliders at the DEFAULT.....

Give it a shot and see how it looks

other than that I will post my NEW settings/computer and let you know how it goes....
