Here's a question for you.

Have you deleted and removed all HTC files and folders from you computer and tried a freash install?

Many times that will solve some "unknown" problems. I know when I can't figure something out, it most often ends up being reinstalled. (completely)

Try that if you haven't already.

Try versioning back a release of the nvidia drivers and see if the helps.

I don't understand how AH2 runs fine and AH CTD's.

I'll be happy with AH2.
