I'd like to see:
Japan:

Ki-44 Shoki. High altitude fighter/interceptor. Claim to fame was that it was one of the few Japanese fighters that could climb up to the altitudes the B-29s flew at.
Ki-100. A development of the Ki-61 fighter, using a more powerful, radial engine instead of the license-built inline engine.
Ki-84 Hayate. Would make a nice perk plane for Japan.
US:

M4 Sherman variant, possible the Calliope rocket attachment. Would make town attacks much more interesting, particularly with Tigers defending.
M26 Pershing as a perk tank. 90mm gun to counter Tigers.
B-25 Mitchell. Can't have a Doolittle raid without it! Should make it carrier-capable in the MA on a regular basis.
P-40N. The most-built model, and probably the best of the line. The P-40E really is a dog of an airplane.
Russia:

T-34. I can't believe we don't have one already.
P-39 Airacobra. Ok, so its a US-built plane, but the Russians used it much more effectively than the US did.
France:

Dewoitine D.520. We really should have a French plane in the game.
