LONDON (Reuters) - Britain's computer operated air traffic control system is not operating today, British Airways says.
All flights from London's Heathrow airport have been suspended until further notice due to the failure, a Reuters reporter at the airport said on Thursday. "There has just been an announcement that there will be a delay of at least two hours," he said.
"The computers at Swanick air traffic control have gone down. We understand they (air traffic control) are operating manually," a spokeswoman at British Airways said.
