Why can my XO change squad message of the day,but i cant and I am the CO. I created the squad and invited everyone.

Did you read the help on how to do that? You have to create the message of the day as a text file, in your ah directory, with your cpid as the name. once in the game, click upload message of the day.

yeah i know how to do that all of a sudden the upload and edit button disapered.

actually invited the first member, set name and all that?

Disband the squad, rebuild it.

Or wait till AH 2 goes live.
