heya.

Just closed my account aswell. I wont repeat what I've said in other threads, some my motives are already known and there is no need to repeat it. But now the economic problem is getting really rough. I've been 2 weeks late in my subscription payement because lack of funds, and, while I thank HTC flexibility in this regard I dont think this is an acceptable way to go.

The day I find AH with an HA with realistic settings, I'll be back at least to try it. If it is at a reduced cost, much better; right now the is not fun enough for me to accept its cost...and even if it was I would be hard pressed to pay it.

Thanks all who I've flown with in AH, and those who I've flown against. <S> To 9/Jg54, wich even when I was flying out of it last times (to fly allied iron and get rid of the boring), I considered myself part of it until now.

<S> To HTC, and a very very very special <Salute> to Yankee, who has always been there helping when I was late (late is short in fact) in my payements.

And a very special <S> to Ripsnort too; sometimes one is amazed at what 5 minutes of sincere, direct, private conversation can improve what has been poisoned by months of lack of proper communication.

<S> All.  Another sim is coming soon, wich I will try. See ya there.

Targetware is end user built software using basically what is a form of "OpenPlane" (remember SDOE?)

It's not the same, the Graphics and MMP environment is a hard coded thing done by this targetware thing... they then release this code to people who want to work with it to allow for people to "build" their own simulation using this technology.

In the end, the other games (Korea is made by TargetWare I believe, not end users) will only be as good or as complex/complicated as the end users want to make them/can make them.

a little aclaration:

Dejavu, the detonant for me leaving is more the economic problem than the gameplay one; even though the gameplay has had weight in my decission. I am willing to be hardly pressed to pay for something I have loads of fun with, but AH has not been exactly that way for me last months.
And frankly, 2 weeks of delay in a monthly payement makes you think if you **REALLY** can afford the cost...I can't and in the foreeseable future I wont be able to, either.

Checksix, TK IS in my future agenda too, be sure of it. I'm lurking on the boards reading, drooling with what I read, hehe   . Just happens that WWIIOL is just about to be in the shops and TK will take a bit longer, but be sure I'll be in TK aswell.

Well after this couple of aclarations, I think everything is said   <S> and cya.

[edit]Oh, and creamo...I'll miss ya  [/edit]
